Compliance & disclosures
Education, commerce, and clinical care stay separate.
This page states plainly what PepDepo is, what it is not, and how your information is handled. Final language is pending review by qualified pharmacy, healthcare, advertising, and payments counsel.
Section 01
Disclosures
Educational content
Everything published on PepDepo - the bible, category pages, comparisons, and articles - is educational. It explains what compounds are, how they are studied, and how the category is organized. It is not medical advice and does not create a clinical relationship.
Not medical advice
No content on this platform diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease, and none of it substitutes for the judgment of a licensed clinician who has evaluated you.
The matcher is not a prescription
Matcher results are informational orientation only. They organize the category around your stated goals and filter obvious contraindications. They do not determine eligibility or treatment. Exact compounds, doses, and protocols are set by a licensed provider after an appropriate evaluation.
Regulatory status
Many peptides referenced on this platform are not FDA-approved. Some are available only through compounding pharmacies, some are investigational, and some carry restricted status. Regulatory status is noted per compound in the bible and can change.
Availability varies
Access to any compound depends on your jurisdiction, your eligibility, and the licensed pharmacy or provider handling your case. Nothing on this platform is an offer to supply a prescription product directly to you.
Standard disclosure
Educational content and matcher results are informational and are not medical advice. Eligibility, prescribing, compounding, dispensing, and fulfillment must be handled by appropriately licensed entities under applicable law.
Section 02
Compliance guardrails
PepDepo is an intelligence and coordination layer. It is not a pharmacy, not a prescriber, and not a clinic. Prescribing, compounding, dispensing, wholesale distribution, payment processing, and fulfillment are the responsibility of the licensed entities that perform them, and each is identified in its own flow.
Identify the responsible licensed entity for prescribing, compounding, dispensing, wholesale distribution, payment processing, and fulfillment.
Use educational, matching language unless a licensed clinical relationship and appropriate evaluation are present.
Promise specific outcomes, imply universal safety, or describe products as approved for uses that are not legally supportable.
Use “research use only” as a superficial disclaimer while marketing products for human self-administration.
Section 03
Privacy
What we collect. When you submit a consult request, account application, or network application, we collect what you type: your name, contact details, organization, and the goals or message you choose to share. Matcher selections stay in your browser unless you submit a form.
How it is used. Submitted information is used to coordinate access - routing your request to the appropriate licensed provider, pharmacy, or account manager, and following up with you about it. It is not used for unrelated marketing without your consent.
What we do not do. We do not sell personal health information. We do not share your details with third parties except the licensed partners needed to fulfill your specific request, or where the law requires it.
Payments. Card processing is handled by our payments partner. Card numbers never touch PepDepo servers.
Your choices. To review or delete information you have submitted, contact privacy@pepdepo.com and we will action the request.
